Zebra Pattern Painted Twin Pedestal Desk

Description

Vintage Desk which has been painted with a base of black chalk paint, then enhanced with a continuous Zebra stripe pattern on the drawer fronts and edges.  Subtle gold detailing has been applied in small areas, before the whole piece has been waxed.  Top has original leather insert which has been cleaned and refreshed, along with the timber surround.

Desk has 9 drawers.  The right hand pedestal has locks on all the drawers, but I only have a key for the top one.  Top 3 drawers have keyholes, but no locks.  Desk breaks down into 3 components for easy transport.  The pedestals are on small casters making them easier to move.

The central opening for the chair is 54cm wide and 60cm high, so some chairs will not tuck underneath.
